We spent our Christmas at a hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff was accommodating, providing us with baby cots and extra towels for the kids without any hesitation. They also granted our request for a high floor. The backyard park was the best aspect of our stay, as it was a great excursion for the kids. They loved being able to run around and play. Parking was made easy with the availability of free outside parking or underground garage.
That only one key per room was provided, which made managing the building and garage doors difficult for two people. The breakfast was good but was located in another building, which was inconvenient for us.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is near the motorway, allowing for easy access to various destinations. the hotel has a lovely backyard park, which provides a great excursion opportunity for children. the room was well-prepared for our arrival, with baby cots already set up and extra towels provided upon request. the service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. the breakfast, served in a separate building, was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs.
One downside is that there seems to be only one key per room, which makes it difficult for two people to manage.

My new year stay was great for my toddler! the backyard park was lovely and definitely a highlight for my family. We enjoyed having the option to park for free either outside or in the underground garage, whichever was more convenient for us. the 24-hour hotel was a plus as we arrived late and were able to obtain the room key with no issue.

The location near the motorway, the room amenities such as the mini-bar and sitting area, and the free wi-fi in rooms were great. The staff was attentive and the facilities like the car park and flat-screen TV were top-notch. Plus, pets are allowed! Highly recommended for families.
